Home sweet home, or what we do/don't like about the places where we live. This anidoc works with authentic interviews with people from smaller as well as bigger towns and cities and colourfully animates their alter-egos who are no less real than their live counterparts.
LEMBRI UUDU by Eeva Mägi (Estonia, 2017, 25 min)
Lembri Uudu worked in a Pähkla village's kolkhoz as a tractor driver. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the kolkhoz was disbanded, Uudu died and most of Pähkla's villagers lost their jobs. But sometimes it takes time for a person to realise that he is actually dead.

Pole, who are you? This film collage that combines archival and contemporary materials, documentary and staged pictures, press reports, social announcements, sale offers and speech excerpts is an attempt to answer this question. Referring to the Polish tradition of a creative documentary in the style of Wojciech Wiszniewski, the film presents various manifestations of Polishness: patriotic and religious rituals, everyday traditions, as well as characteristic landscapes or intimate memories from childhood.

An ironic documentary film about the farewell to the phantoms of the USSR in Ukraine. The spiritual session with the ghost of Lenin guides us through our past, present and future. The film presents the dawn and the twilight of idols, and the curious afterlife of history's ghosts. It is inspired by laws adopted in 2015 by the Ukraine parliament which condemn the Soviet totalitarian regime and ban the use of Communist symbols.

A Vietnamese girl grows up in a European town. As she gets used to what it means to be both at home and a stranger at the same time, her family heads toward a fatal decision. Who will leave? Who will stay? Who is at home here?
THE SISTERS / SIOSTRY by Michal Hytros (Poland, 2018, 20 min)
Behind the mighty eighteenth-century wall of the oldest enclosed convent in Poland - Benedictine convent in Staniatki, near Krakow - the life of twelve nuns in their 70s goes on. Despite their age and the world of rapid change, they try to comply with the rule set over ten centuries ago - ?Ora et labora - each day. Our protagonists - nuns Anuncjata and Benedykta (40 years in the convent) introduce us to the world behind the wall, telling us about their lives and decisions in a specific way. They show us the world of the convent in its true colours, without stereotypes, often touching and amusing at the same time.

Among idyllic hills and the bluest of skies live men and their tractors. Trahere is a film about just that, the age old bond between man and tractor.

When Vika's six-year-old sister is adopted and leaves Ukraine to live with a new family in Canada, Vika is left conflicted - both overjoyed by her sister's new life and deeply saddened to be separated from the only family she has left.
VOLTE / WOLTA by Monika Kotecka, Karolina Poryzala (Poland, 2017, 14 min)
Zuzia has been training vaulting for two years and has an extraordinary role topping the acrobatic pyramid. She is a flyer lifted by the stronger and more experienced vaulters-base. Another intensive season begins. During training sessions it becomes apparent that the girl has lost some of her grace and lightness. At first the coach blames the base but they admit that Zuzia is too big to lift. It became clear that she is just growing and her role is given over to a younger girl.
